AGSL Annual Action Plan 2009 gets the approval for implementation The National Project Board of AGSL approved the Annual Action Plan 2009 for Southern and Uva Provinces on 24th February 2009 in Colombo. This enables the AGSL team to start implementing the projects in the respective areas in this year.   District Local Working Group meeting in Hambantota The District Local Working Group meeting of Hambantota (DLWG) was held on 12th February 2009 in Hambantota Viharamahadevi Training Centre.   Construction of the new school building for Kotuwa President College in progress: Huelva-Matara Partnership With the generous support of the Diputacion de Huelva to the Kotuwa President College in Matara, the construction of the new building for the school started on 3rd December 2008 and is progressing well.   RUEDA and UNDP sign the MOU Ruhuna Economic Development Agency (RUEDA) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 02nd of February 2009 at the Hambantota Chamber of Commerce.    Southern Province Working Group meets to approve the Provincial action plan 2009 On the 03rd of January, the ART GOLD Sri Lanka Southern Provincial Working Group (SPWG) had its meeting to approve its 2009 Action Plan.
