Paz y Desarrollo and AGSL Partnership: a Shelter Home in the Southern Province for victims/survivors of Gender Based Violence The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed on the 21st October 2009 between the Divisional Secretariat of Matara and the Women in Need organisation, in support of the establishment of a shelter home in the Southern Province for women and children victims/survivors of Gender Based Violence.   Ruhuna Economic Development Agency... the Technical Mission to Europe Within the framework of UNDP ART Programme, the representatives of Ruhuna Economic Development Agency (RUEDA) went on a technical mission to Spain and Italy with the objective of sharing experiences on Local Economic Development Agencies (LEDAs) of the two countries.
