Promoting human development through numerous innovative approaches is what makes ART GOLD Sri Lanka a different development project. Its approach to development is multifaceted as AGSL promote partnerships with decentralized actors in Sri Lanka and the donor countries while focusing on sustainable development initiatives which provide the grassroots communities in the Southern and Uva Provinces to achieve better standards of living. AGSL Country Team Gathering 2009 provides the platform for the AGSL team to unleash the full potential in numerous activities it presents and to share all ideas to better prepare the Programme for tomorrow. In this three-day gathering the following areas will be focused: Exchange of Experience between the two Provinces Knowledge Sharing Monitoring and Evaluation and its importance (how effective monitoring and evaluation supports to better achieve) Enabling Environment (how to improve productivity and relate in the project implementation process)
